Having worked as a union organizer for over a decade, Lesly has seen how unions can empower workers and level the playing field. She knows that all of Oregon does better when workers can make their voices heard and have their needs met. That’s why she’s advocating for:

• Fair wages and safe working conditions, because no one should be made to feel unsafe in their workplace.

• A strong voice for Oregon workers to ensure a level playing field between management and employees.

• More opportunities for workforce training.
